What does working with me look like?
A session with me always begins with a conversation about where you are in this moment and where you would like to go.
We go deep from the start, so sessions are 90 minutes instead of 60. Based on our discussion, I will make suggestions on the best healing treatment for you and we will co-create it together! As I am relocating, all sessions are currently offered virtually on Zoom.
In my Akashic Records readings, I channel your Higher Self to get answers to any questions you have.
These sessions always begin with a past/parallel life, but are otherwise directed by your interests. Very often your True Essence comes through as a palpable energy that you can feel, and that is impossible to forget.
In an inner child or belief work session, we find the limiting beliefs that were formed early that are creating patterns in your life.
I hold a safe space for you to meet your True Self so that you can break out of repeating cycles and create lasting change.
In my Spiritual Mentorship offering, I help support your spiritual development goals by building and expanding your existing knowledge, helping you navigate life with a new perspective, honing your spiritual talents, and activating new ones. This is a true co-creation and no two are alike!

Root Cause / Inner Child Discovery
This session is discussion and lightly guided meditation. You do not have to have experience meditating for this to be effective. Sitting in chairs across from each other, we will discuss physical and/or emotional pain that you may be experiencing. We will be looking for patterns and limiting beliefs. I will guide you to a memory when a limiting belief was formed, and using the Root Cause method developed by Tracey Stevens, we will unlock it, allowing you freedom to work with it and eventually release it.
This is usually an emotional session, as we access traumatic memories and meet your inner child again. If you are booking this session for Zoom, please make sure you are in an undisturbed location.

Akashic Record Readings
I will connect into your Akashic Records while sitting across from you (either virtually or in-person). The Akashic Records are most often described as a book of each person’s soul and all the lives they have lived. An Akashic Record Reading with me begins by anchoring into one of your past lives that has similar lessons or souls involved to your current life. Once we connect in to a past life of yours, you have free reign to ask any questions from Guidance about that life, your current one, or anything in between.
For most clients, this profound reading brings a deeper understanding of your past and current lessons, as well as an expanded sense of self, and answers to any questions you have.
